By using No More Food Fighting ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

No More Food Fighting is a free web application that helps users discover restaurants near their location. We use Google Places API to provide restaurant information and randomly select options based on user preferences.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of restaurant information
• That restaurant hours, prices, or availability are current
• That restaurants shown are still in business
• The quality, safety, or legality of any restaurant
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Restaurant data is provided by Google Places API and may not reflect real-time conditions. Always verify information directly with the restaurant before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No More Food Fighting and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from visiting a recommended restaurant
• Inaccurate restaurant information
• Service interruptions or errors
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services:

• Google Places API: Restaurant data is subject to Google Maps Platform Terms.
• OpenTable: Reservation links direct you to OpenTable, subject to their own terms.
• Google Maps: Direction links open Google Maps, subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by No More Food Fighting and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
